Cat’s Play is a font developed as part of my senior project in Graphic Design. Inspired by cats, it’s a serif font made for display, featuring bold letterforms with little contrast. The font was developed within five weeks, containing alphanumeric glyphs and punctuation.This font is free for Personal Use.

	Business Identity
A rebrand for a Thai restaurant branch, aiming to unify the logo design, while giving the Express branch its own unique touches to make it stand out as a more casual experience from the main sit-in Thai House restaurant. Thai House Express aims for a more light-hearted and youthful direction, with stylized illustrations of famous Thai dishes, utilizing quick line strokes and splashes of watercolor to emphasize the speed of Express.

	Interview Typesetting
A typesetting project for an interview of the then-upcoming games Pokémon Black version and Pokémon White version. Presented like a magazine, this is formatted in three columns over an eight page spread, with a cover page remniscent of the Pokeball, a tool commonly used in the games. A modern, sans serif font is used in contrast to the typically playful mood of the series, as these specific entries were taking a major shift in directon, with a more clean and modern subtitle, as well as a somewhat more mature tone shift despite being an all-ages title.

	LA for All

An anti-hate campaign for the city of Los Angeles, encouraging others to report hate crimes. The poster is an abstract representation of cultures found within LA, each color representing someone of differing backgrounds, forming a circle around a multi-colored cityscape, dyed a rainbow of colors by its inhabitants. The community raises their hand to wave at the viewer to welcome them, spreading love and solidarity as a member of the community, and forming the shape of the sun that shines on the city and its people.&#38;nbsp;

	Puyo Guide Website
A simple, user-friendly guide about how to play a puzzle game where you match colors.
Utilizing a large font for ease of reading, it also has images to visually guide the reader on concepts that require more than just textual explanation. A color palette of greens and blues were used, keeping color-blind people in mind when designing the layout. The background also uses color blocks to divide sections of text and allow readers to mentally bookmark where they left off for return visits.

 Show Campaign
An ad campaign for the then-upcoming SEMA Show 2022, an automobile market for cars, car parts, etc. The theme for the campaign is “Parts of a Whole,” playing off the concept of cars being made of a multitude of parts to make it what it is. The campaign is a collaboration, working together to deliver a social media carousel, print ads, and banner ads to advertise the show. The carousel is made for Instagram, to be used as advertising on the app. The print ad is designed for magazines, SEMA having advertised in automobile magazines in the past. Lastly, the banner ads are general-purpose ads for websites such as Youtube.

	Stream Branding

Created for a streamer, AFKei, this is a rebrand aiming for a more magical image to reflect their image change. The colors chosen are pastel pink, lavender, and cream, to reflect the cheerful image, with some personal elements accenting the logo. A four-pointed star and heart jewel take the place of the “A”’s negative space and tittle of the “i” respectively, hinting at the more magical origins the streamer has. This is also foreshadowed wth the magical circle sitting behind the name. Stars, hearts, and flowers would be recurring elements in the branding design, elements that can be found on the streamer’s image.

	Travel Ads
An ad campaign to promote travel to Japan, fitted for print and web. The prints specs are for highway billboards, subway metro, and bus stop shelters. Three prefectures are highlighted for the multiple aspects Japan offers, from culture to city life. The web ads are fitted to social media websites.


Accompanying the scenes are food offerings each prefecture is known for, showcasing the cuisine beyond what is commonly known to us. The headline is a play on flavor, giving people a figurative taste in touring Japan and its food.&#38;nbsp;
